BrandTuitive helped communicate that using ShopKeep is the simplest way to make smarter business decisions. We highlighted their business-leading backend reports by developing case studies of real shop owners and ShopKeep users. We also increased their credibility by leveraging their founder, a fellow small-business owner, who truly understood what customers needed.

Unexpected Thinking

We advised ShopKeep to make their software as user-friendly and easy-to-use as possible so customers could feel reassured and in control of their business. We also advised them to invest in customer support, which set ShopKeep apart from their competitors.

Results

ShopKeep recently closed its fourth round of funding bringing the total capital investment to $97MM and now has over 25,000 monthly SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) subscribers.
