Brand Marketing Manager

The BrandTuitive Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a wide variety of brand marketing initiatives (B2B and B2C), including concept work, print and digital advertising, out-of-home and more. The Brand Marketing Manager will develop powerful strategies that help BrandTuitive’s clients significantly expand their businesses.

A successful candidate has proven experience building collaborative client relationships and in delivering projects that are on time, on budget and that produce great results for clients. This role has opportunity for fast growth and increased responsibility within the agency. 

This is an ideal position for an experienced account executive ready for their next career move who has exceptional attention to detail, strong thought leadership skills and an entrepreneurial drive.  

This is a full-time position that will report to BrandTuitive’s Associate Director. Salary dependent on the candidate’s prior experiences and industry standards. This position is located in New York, NY, and the role is in-office five days per week.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A smart and high-energy account executive with solid experience in brand marketing communications and digital strategy and implementation.

  • Works well in a collaborative environment with a cooperative mindset that is open to feedback.

  • Proactively identifies new and effective ways to advance clients’ marketing efforts.

  • Outstanding ability to develop trusting client relationships.

  • Strong ability presenting and supporting agency work to clients, collaborating closely with client counterparts.

  • A solid understanding of and practical experience in communications, including the ability to articulate creative direction and evaluate creative ideas with the design team.

  • A self-starter with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment requiring minimal direct oversight.

  • Outstanding oral and written communications skills.

  • Must demonstrate strong attention to detail.

  • Works well in a collaborative environment with a cooperative mindset that is open to feedback.

     

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent experience. 

  • 4+ years’ experience in an agency environment.

  • Experience managing one or more direct reports a plus.

  • Experience with traditional print production a plus.
